Only there for 1 night getting off a cruise. Got to checkin early,, that was a bonus. Rooms roomy and breakfast was good. Lots of food places in walking distance. Shuttle was on time and easy to schedule. Just call the front desk.

Well, I found roaches in my room. They appeared in the kitchen about an hour or so post checking in. I sent an email to management with pictures. They emailed me after my stay asking how they could make it up. I must respond. We were switched to a different room which wasn't cleaned very well. The dishes were dirty, the table was sticky, the room was dusty, and the shower didn't seem like it was cleaned. I used all the lysol wipes I brought to me to address what I could. I hope the sheets were washed, but we had no other choice. The breakfast was good. The biscuits and gravy were my favorite. They also had a waffle station. It was too chilly for us to use the pool. I used to stay in this hotel a lot as an alternative to Embassy suites due to the kitchen. I don't think I will stay anymore.

I stay in hotels at least 180 nights out of the year. Last night was my worst experience as a diamond member I have had in a long time. I got to the hotel around 12:25 am this morning. Digital key wasn’t opening for the front door, used the phone in entry way to be let in, used my cell phone called the hotel, knocked on door nothing worked and no one answered for 15 minutes. Finally two staff member came out from elevator area and let me in. I am like it would’ve been nice to not have to wait an extra 15 minutes to get in as I was having to be up at 4 am to catch 4:30 am shuttle. The lady’s response was sorry we were fixing our system it went down. Really? I don’t work for Hilton and could be wrong but if the system is down you would think your coming out from behind the desk or office area but no came from elevator / hallway area and both employees had to fix it?? Very frustrating - seems petty but not when you have to be up so early, running late as it is and you can’t even get into hotel. Rooms weren’t the greatest either need some updating!! Very dirty, sheets and bed are gross!!
