Recently stayed for a conference. The facility is nicely laid out to accommodate convenient access to the conference center. The room was very clean and quiet. The on-site restaurants and lounges have very tasty food. The location is very accessible to nearby entertainment. There are MANY different areas around the hotel public spaces to sit and enjoy chatting, or whatever your need. The staff I encountered were all very pleasant. Add this to your places to consider staying for sure!!

Descend 21 is treasure, best burgers and sliders, period. The Italian steakhouse, Fiorenzo, was amazing. Selection of drinks and appetizers was outstanding, but the Delmonico, now THAT was a steak! Best hotel food I have ever enjoyed. Breakfast at the club lounge was the way it should be, a real breakfast with an almost endless choice.

It was excellent choice. It is sooooooo BIG and everyone get what they want. Teen Kids are busy and they can be as independent as they can walk on their own grab some lunch from close by options. We all had great time. Rooms very very spacious. Front desk was very prompt. Wallet was so occupied but still productive. We were there for business conference and it was perfect setup. We loved it. Also very convenient for lunch options and late night team dinner. Food option in house was great, 24/7 Market was big hit. All in all it was fantastic.

The property built in the late 80's is dated. A few face lifts along the way in the lobbies and restaurants, but the room was a bit anemic. Using the inroom app was not working for communication so you had to use the inroom phone which was close to death. Graham Bell would have been disappointed. Room service was extremely quick, very tasty and well priced. We were able to get the streaming service from our phone to the TV, which was a happy moment. The spa and gym were top notch with excellent service and haven't seen a better one in any hotel! The outside pool areas were also beautiful, fun and relaxing. Thanks, Hyatt!
