Not terrible but pretty bad. Firstly the service like every else has been saying is embarrassing. Checked in at about 10pm and there was kids running around the main lobby. What i can only assume was the mother of the kids did not try to discipline them whatsoever. There was 1 hotel employee in the whole building, which was the mother attending us at the front desk while also “trying” to calm down her kids that were screaming. Next I have a problem with the elevator. Takes about 10 minutes for an elevator to arrive no matter which floor you are on, so highly recommend to just take the stairs. Let us not forget about the parking fee. Probably the worst part about this hotel. Would be understandable if it was clearly stated in the description of the hotel but is not. Room itself isn’t too bad but can use some improvements. Since it’s 40-50 degrees outside we got into our room and tried to turn the air to about 75 degrees. Well that did not happen. The air was blasting out cold. The view would be pretty good if I could actually see out of my window. The windows have not been cleaned since they got installed. Would overall never reccomend this hotel and will never stay here again. The only saving grace is the location obviously.

OMG! What an amazing stay. We frequent Orlando often and have stayed at numerous hotels on a budget and absolutely loved this place. So clean, amazing hot breakfast, couldn't have asked for anything better. We will not be staying anywhere differently from now on when in Orlando. So close to Seaworld and worth the drive from Disney.

*MAIN ISSUE = $25 per day for parking We booked this hotel for our weekend Disney trip, the drive was 20 minutes between MK and the hotel. We chose a suite at this resort solely for the bathtub that was pictured (after walking 12 miles a day we like to soak our feet in the tub) we got there checked in to the room to find a shower only. Went back to front desk showed them the picture they said there is no showers in any of the rooms.. the hallway to the the room smelled like mold / dew type smell form water sitting or something. Then when you walk into the room it smelled awful (in our opinion) we later found a scent plug in and unplugged it and sprayed the room with spray and that problem was resolved! The room was beautiful and clean over all the hotel room was really nice just disappointed with no bath tub. Fast forward we go to leave for the park and find a notice on our car, they charge $25 a night to park!!! No one told us (yes there is signs in parking lot that we missed due to it being late and dark and also the fact we were tired and trying to get in and to the room quick to get off our feet) Breakfast was great as well!!

Clear, well appointed and generously sized rooms with kitchen, living and sleeping space. Noise was not a problem despite many guests coming and going. The front desk staff was incredible and the common rooms are huge so it's always easy to find a table for a meal or a bit of work. There is a basketball court adjacent the pool in the middle of the courtyard. I think this is a poor choice. We only had 1 guest play for a half-hour during our visit but it is so noisy it ruins the tranquility of the pool and nobody with a pool-side room would want to open their windows. My only other "negative" is that parking is relatively expensive. It's consistent with the area but kind of a bite if you stay for a week+ at the daily rate.

Great location for Sea World visit. Had a 2 room suite. Kitchen had plenty of supplies (except an extra trash bag) and small table. Living room has couch (not super comfy but not horrible) & nice TV. King room very comfy and plenty of space for the pack-n-play. Queen room comfy and with door to living room closed could not hear the baby. Plenty of outlets easily accessible. Nice breakfast in the morning in a large eating area - good coffee, biscuits & gravy, bacon & eggs, oatmeal, waffles, variety of breads, fruit & cereal. The bad: Elevators are very slow. Shower Head is disappointing - seems line it would be nice but just doesn’t work well. #Recommended #VickieTravelz
