One of the best hotels! I am absolutely grateful that i have found this apartmenr because everything was just more than amazing! The room was cleaned every day, the owner if the place was so helpful! He helped us in everything! If you are in Rome I really reccommend to stay here!

While looking for a hotel in the Piazza di Spagna area, I noticed this bed and breakfast with very high reviews. We had a good time, I thank Gianluca for the advice on restaurants, pastry shops, places to see in addition to the classics (we are on our 4th holiday in the city) in particular for recommending the non-Catholic cemetery, behind the Pyramid of Cestius, which I wanted to see, not knowing about the cemetery and the cat colony behind it. Thanks also to Bruno!

Well-kept and super delicious room, a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and the most famous places of artistic interest. In the surrounding area there is an embarrassment of choice for restaurant services, but Bruno is an excellent host who, in addition to welcoming impeccably, knows how to advise. Overall, a very pleasant stay, passed with flying colors!
