1- We had no hot water since Saturday morning (reported immediately, around 09:00) and on Saturday evening (18:00) the problem had not yet been resolved, with consequent inconvenience in not being able to carry out the basic habits of personal hygiene. 2- The toilet did not flush resulting in a bad smell and discomfort in not being able to use it. Reported on Saturday morning in turn, I was told it would be resolved (after 7.30pm) at a time that required guests to stay in the room, canceling pre-existing commitments. 3- The total absence of a reception or a support figure, the numbers indicated for the "emergency calls" did not respond even after being bombarded with phone calls. The feeling was of total abandonment to ourselves to suffer the problems of a poorly managed and poorly maintained structure. 4- During the entire morning the cleaning lady was accompanied by a child who screamed, ran, banged things and disturbed her for the entire stay, making it impossible to rest.

Definitely a positive experience, immediate welcome and clear information. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and strategic position for visiting the city, being a 2 minute walk from the Ottaviano metro stop and S. Pietro. For the location and quality the price is right.
