We book a junior suite, and the room is very bad. Furniture are all worn out. And we found ants in the washroom. I felt like I was sleeping on a bed that they got from the dumpster. After I called booking.com and want to cancel the rest of my stay and go to another hotel, they only agree to change me to another room which is smaller but less ruin. I think most of the good reviews are from when this place is still new or they stay in the better room (5 rooms in this apartment) This place really needs a renovation. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good.

Rooms are good, bathroom was ok. Shower was too low for somebody over 1m85 unless you like to squat during your shower. Beds are wide and comfy. The location is phenomenal, right around the corner of Piazza Navona, which is walking distance from all the main landmarks in centre Rome. We stayed for several nights (tue-sat) and of course you will have some noise if you stay so central in Rome, but on Friday evening there was a lot of music playing until very late (00:30 AM), so consider this location for weekdays only or plan to join the party downstairs on Friday eve. Breakfast was basic, and if you didn’t eat your yoghurt once, they will remove it the next day automatically, of course you could still ask for it but still, weird if you don’t want your yoghurt once… They also only give 3 slices of toast for 2 persons… I don’t get that, do we each get one and have to split the third? 2 slices per person should be the bare minimum. The location is great, the “bed” part is good, the “breakfast” part is acceptable but mediocre.

I recently stayed at the Navona Living Rome for 2 nights on 4 & 5/10/22. I loved everything about this B&B Hotel - the room was modern & clean, the staff very helpful and the location the best, walking distance to most attractions, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and will book direct next time !
