Very hospitable. Check-in was quick and hassle free and the rooms are clean and practically organised (tiniest shower I ever did see, but it's there nevertheless). I loved the beds; the mattresses are medium to hard which I thought was very comfortable. Breakfast was from 0600 to 1000 and included. Didn't lack any of the basics imho. The location is very good too. Near the city center and Saturday morning, I found a market when I looked out of my window (the buildup hadn't woke me). Would sleep here again if in Antwerp.

During our recent stay, I was pleased to experience excellent customer service. The staff (especially Chelsey at the front desk) were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to meet our family's needs. We felt like a valued guests from the moment we checked in to the day we checked out. Overall, I was impressed with this hotel's level of customer service and would recommend it to others.

Rooms need a bit of TLC. There were some holes in the curtains for the room I stayed in. The windows for rooms facing the market square do not do a good job of blocking out noise when the stalls are set up during the weekend mornings. Location was alright if your had a car. Train passengers might be better off closer to waterfront. Front desk service was courteous and efficient.

The hotel is fairly well situated. The rooms are a little outdated but we are not picky travelers so they were ok except for.... the bed bugs. We didn't check the beds for bed bugs but the next day, my wife and I both had bites on our arms and could only think that it was from hotel. I know that this is a problem in a lot of places and that it doesn't reflect on the cleanliness of the hotel but please check your room carefully for bed bugs. We took no chances and washed everything in hot water and took steps to not bring any bed bugs to our home.
