Location is at Belfast city centre, close to lots of restaurants and activities. The rooms are quite spacious with the basic amenities and I love the little touch of tea,coffee and cookies in the room. The breakfast buffet was my most memorable experience, with different types of breakfast, beverages and drinks ( all you can eat for an additional 20£). The only con was that the check in process was too busy with 1 staff attending to over 20 guests and the lobby was very congested during the peak check in process by 3pm. I believe management can easily resolve that by having more staffs available or the check should be done online etc; apart from that I really enjoyed my stay.

My stay at ibis was a unique experience. The reception area was super minimal and simple, just a high table with a notebook for the attendees, which initially made me question if I was at the right place. The bedroom, however, was quite satisfactory, equipped with convenient USB chargers, nice lampshades and coffee and tea area. The hotel has a restaurant that serves pizza, soft drinks and some alcoholics like baby Guinness. Unfortunately, during my visit, their oven was limited to making only Margherita pizzas (there was some malfunctioning in it don't remember what exactly), which were somewhat underwhelming. Also, it's worth noting that there's no room service available. Overall, the hotel offers a basic but decent accommodation.

Smart new hotel, enjoyed Accor member perks. Staff at check in & out were very pleasant and helpful. Word of warning to guests parking DO NOT use Castle Court Car Park. Does not open till 11am on Sunday's. No signage externally to warn users before entering. We missed our boat home as we couldn't get our car out. Use NCP across road. Lovely comfortable beds too.
