This hotel exceed my expectations. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The standard room is very spacious with a tv. The shower is also great. The level of cleanliness was outstanding! I went out of my way to try and find a spec of dirt, I didn’t find any great level of cleanliness. I really was looking for a reason not to give this hotel four stars but it thoroughly deserves it. It’s great value for money for being so close to the city centre (ten minute walk). I would love to stay again. If all Ibis hotels are at the same standard as this one then I will definitely have no Hesitation in booking them again. Great work!

Excellent in every respect. Clean, well-furnished, and staffed by friendly, helpful staff. Check-in was quick and easy. Air-conditioned worked and couldn't be switched off. Window could be opened. Curtains kept out the daylight. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty, except for the orange juice which was rather dull and not fruity. If there was one thing that might be improved, it would be the inclusion of a safe in each room. The staff genuinely cared about my stay and were very attentive.

Great location, just a ten minute walk into the main city centre but lots to see and do close by. Room was on the 4th floor. Quiet room. A bit on the small side but fine to use as a base. Probably needs a bit of an update in the bathroom - tiles and grouting looks a bit grubby and tired. Very good value for money given the location. Breakfast was a buffet with a choice of full English or continental. Tasted ok but nothing special. The bar area attracts both locals and hotel guests - standard hotel bar prices. All staff very helpful and informative. We booked a trip to the Giants Causeway through the hotel reception with a hotel pick up - really helpful service to hsve available! There's also a PC and printer so we could print our boarding passes!

Fantastic price 50pound 1 night Shower was nice size although didn't use it Stayed 1 night as was traveling home from Belfast to cork!! Ibis was located in the city centre Staff at the reception & new girl was really friendly and smiling 😃 shel do well there in her job! Was greatly appreciated a good chat after a bad day of traveling and tiredness. Didn't get breakfast in the morning, but times and everything was good to know for next time. The bed was so lovely 😍 and it was great sleep we had (don't agree with white sheets for woman who have makeup and tan on lol!) Other thrn that great size room! Happy customer and definitely be booking here again, thank u for to the bar person at the bar who let us have a drink and borrow the charger, much appreciated friendly mannered man doing his job for covid ect, 💪 and best of luck to ye all for the next 6months and happy Christmas and New year 2022, looking forward to visiting again.

A 3-star hotel, A 3-star experience. 🌟 Friendly, nice, and responsive staff. The reception is 24/7 and ready for any inquiries and requests. 🌟 Great location. Near Botanic garden and Queen’s University. City center within 15-20 minutes walk. Convenient public transport. Near Botanic Avenue where you could find lots of nice restaurants. 🌟 Late-night food and bar at reasonable prices. Serves until 3 am. 🌟 Fast Wi-Fi — but needs to login again everyday. ❕Old facilities. Toilet did not flush well. Water blocks in shower room and hand washing sink. Old hairdryer which stopped working while using it. Broken towel rail. Old plastic kettle. ❕Could be more considerate. Checked in with three pieces of luggage for a two-week stay. Have asked for a good room but was given a very small one. No space for luggage. Tiny desk. Small-screen TV. Had to ask for a change after tolerating for a couple of days and when the toilet was broken. The staff was nice and agreed to change a room. 🔝Still a good choice if you have limited budget and only for a short stay around the Botanic area.
