        Great location so close to the station and Grand Place. Perfect base for exploring the City. Hotel is nice, breakfast is plentiful and of a very good quality, strange choice to cook your own eggs with a heater that holds 8 eggs in a 5 floor hotel. Major concern was the beds. Most ibis beds are Ibis Sweet Beds and are extremely comfortable, however the bed in our room was very hard and extremely uncomfortable, so much so I had to get extra pillows to put under me to get some sleep.

        Location was great as it is in the centre just 30 meters from the Grand Place also next to the hotel there is a parking also Comics museum. Staff was very helpful and friendly whether it's room cleaners, reception/ front desk/ bartender. Would be good if they could maintain the temperature at lobby areas because it was too warm also would be good to have a mini fridge in the rooms especially when you are with a small child

        Overall great stay. Rooms were clean. Though they were on the smaller side, this was expected and did not cause any problems. Great location, enjoyed that window opened onto a main square. Staff were welcoming, helpful, informative. Breakfast looked good, though did not purchase it.

        Such a well placed hotel especially if you go for the Christmas markets. We were in the centre of everything and were able to walk everywhere. Our room wasn't ready when we checked in at 3.25pm but within minutes we were then told it was. Room was on 4th floor (luckily a lift brought us there) it was spacious and looked out over the market square which was very lively all the time. Fortunately the room windows had triple glazing so we didn't hear a thing though it was lovely to open the windows and look out at the activity. See photo. Hotel room clean. Our room's overhead blow heater unfortunately didn't work. We were brought a small floor blow heater instead. The bathroom didn't have a working extractor fan. There were 3 small towels and 3 flannels. We had to ask for bigger towels which were brought to us quickly. Not sure why they weren't there when we arrived! Lovely coffee machine with pods. Herbal and normal tea bags available but only powdered milk. Beds had firm mattresses and were comfortable. However the mattress toppers kept moving and the sheets weren't deep pockets so they slipped off easily. Staff were very polite and helpful. We were able to put our luggage in lockers before we checked in and after we checked out. This was useful. Breakfast was lovely. Lots to choose from. A bit of a bottle neck on both mornings as people all wanted breakfast it seemed at the same time. Tables were all bunched together so not very private. Staff worked hard and were always friendly and polite. Over all a very good experience staying at this hotel.

        Location is excellent - close to train station and beautiful old town Front desk very helpful and responsive Breakfast was excellent - so much better than anything in US - there is value here! Room was exactly as described with comfortable beds and linens. Could have used another pillow (only one extra) Also - noisy at times. Overall - very good for experience - would recommend
