I arrived there early at 1pm and mentioned that I'm a ALL silver member, but the reception told me no benefits here. I was given a room with malfunctioning air conditioner. I asked another room immediately, but they insisted on repairing the machine. After short maintenance the technician changed my entry code without notice, and then I asked for a new code at reception. They asked the technician to check again, and I still not got my new code after checking. The whole check in wasted my precious 1 hour for Paris, it was really disappointing. Moreover, when we came back at night, we found that the air conditioner actually still didn't work normally. The heating function was broken and I couldn't even turn the whole thing off. I didn't go to the reception this time since the former bad experience and because of the bearable room temperature. Anyway, the room and the location are good, but it was a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend you to choose this one.

We had to take a room for one night at this hostel. Arrived at night, didn't book a room online in advance due to lack of time. The price turned out to be one and a half times higher than online. In the room, all clothing hooks barely held on the walls, making it impossible to hang anything. It was very cold because there was a hole instead of a window handle, and for three people, there were only two warm blankets. Throughout the morning, cleaners knocked on the door, checking if we had left, despite the checkout time being until 12. The worst part of this story is that my wife left two gold rings on the bedside table. When I called the next day to inquire, they said none of the cleaners returned anything to the reception. They asked me to call again the next day. On the following day, they said to call tomorrow because none of the cleaners were available anymore. So, we ended up without our jewelry as we were already leaving France.

A great spot to stay. The staff was super nice with us, always available to help us. Regarding the location it's, I'll say the best! It's right outside the center circle of Paris but you have many options regarding means of transportation to visit whatever you want

Well located, great breakfast, single room was clean and spacious enough for 1 person. Room service was good. However, Bed was a little soft and bedsheet was a little old with holes in it. Bathroom in the single room needs a curtain/some sort of separation to prevent water from splashing everywhere. Triple room was very small, hardly any place to open the suitcases. Overall, a fairly good experience.

Terrible, aggressive service. I have never experienced such treatment anywhere. We reported to the receptionist named Juliene (he worked at the reception on the night of 12/11 to 13/11) that when we turn off the lights in our room, they turn on automatically and we cannot sleep because of it. First he started shouting that it wasn't his problem and if we were too stupid to turn off the light, he couldn't do anything about it. Then, after prolonged requests, he agreed to go into the room to see what the problem was. But he only entered for a second, checking absolutely nothing, and then ran out, muttering curses under his breath. In the morning when I asked for his name, he said he didn't have any name. If you employ this type of person, congratulations. There is no way you can feel good with this type of service in this hotel. In the room was cold like on train station, aircondition doesn't work.
