The room offers the necessary facilities you need for a short stay. Good AC and shades for a dark room to sleep well, hot water, good mattress. The people were very kind and willing to help. We just wondered if being "budget" implies that the room is not cleaned everyday. We had to ask for this twice. Also, it would be nice to have a microwave oven in the dining room.

Fairly typical ibis room, small, well designed, stylish and reasonably priced. The views are nice, at least from one side of the building. Management might need to add cleaning staff as I saw a young fellow cleaning rooms well after sundown. The WiFi could be better. It's difficult to control the water temperature in the shower. Drinking water dispensers are on each floor. Toto toilets for high-tech toiletry enthusiasts. Zero noise from outside but some noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. Aeon Mall is nearby. The immediate neighborhood appears to be a playground for Chinese men.

lovely stay at the hotel. the view from the room is magnificent. i love the Japanese style toilet, compact yet well designed. the food at the cafe is delicious, the serving is also big. the room is cozy. there is a big table by the window where we can enjoy our food as we enjoy the view. there is a water dispenser in the corridor where you can collect water. very environmentally friendly. it is great the the hotel doesn't use plastic bags to line the dust bins, also good for the environment. the hotel is centrally located. you can catch good sunset and sunrise views on the diamond island. aeon mall is less than a kilometre away. the grand palace is nearby. the staff are friendly and helpful. we requested for extra pillows and a chair and they fulfilled it promptly.

Opted to spend my time at the Ibis budget Phnom Penh Riverside. Having never experienced an Ibis hotel before, I anticipated a more backpacker-style accommodation. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally tidy rooms, stunning city views, and undoubtedly one of the finest locations in the city (and I can assure you I'm familiar, as I typically visit Cambodia at least once every couple of years). This hotel is conveniently situated near numerous tourist attractions, eateries, and stores. The customer service here is truly exceptional, ranking among the best I've encountered at an Accor hotel. The staff are incredibly amiable, hospitable, and accommodating. Upon arrival, I was treated to an outstanding welcome, a refreshing beverage, and overall hospitality that epitomises the exemplary treatment of an Accor Plus member. If you happen to be in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, I wholeheartedly endorse this Ibis establishment. It offers great value and impeccable service. Kudos to Ibis budget Riverside!

This place used to be Toyoko Hotel until OCIC took it over. I rent a room for my boss for three nights. The price was good starting from $24 plus per night including tax. The room was clean but small similar to what you used to stay in a Tokyo hotel. There is no swimming pool or breakfast included in our booking. The location is great and close to Aeon Mall. If you get a good deal just give it a try.
