Go In Hotel has the classic feel of historic luxury. We were able to spend two nights here. The room was quiet and comfortable. Our balcony provided an amazing view of the city unlike any other. Conveniently located in a great location giving us a short walk to delicious food, fun clubs, and plenty of friendly locals.

We do like this 'hotel'. We stayed a few times. However, multiple times they do not fix/service the air conditioners and they basically do not work at all. We have found it so difficult to sleep a few times (the heat in Phnom Penh is insane) and for us the main thing is about sleep. We don't care much about anything else. The service is sufficient (although they do not speak any English) and they will fix things if you ask them, but do not count on this hotel for a good night's sleep because management is pretty much money non-existent in hotel. They have some nice boys that are pleasant and helpful, but nobody really overlooks things like what we mention. Hot water in some rooms has also not worked well and we had to switch. Apart from that, all fine.

Room is clean. Hot water is great. Fun to have a little balcony. Very hard to communicate with the majority of the employees as their level of english is pretty low. Laundry service is very expensive, 5 USD, compared to +/- 1-2USD at local laundry places. This place would have a better rating if if was 2 star hotel instead of the indicated 3 star.
