I had an amazing three-week stay at ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub. It went beyond my expectations, especially for a budget hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the gym and swimming pool, which are rare for budget accommodations. The unlimited free tea and coffee made me feel at home. The hotel's accommodation for outside food delivery, especially using Grab, was very convenient, with a dedicated table for Grab food pick-up. Also, its proximity to Maya Mall makes its location even better. Most importantly, the bed was soft and I couldn't hear any noise from outside, despite its location near the road. For me, a good sleep is more important than fancy decor. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for great amenities, excellent service, outstanding value for money, and a peaceful night's sleep. On my check out night the staff are very helpful in booking cheaper taxi to the airport and in loading my luggage in the car.

I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's accommodations. While the rooms aren't palatial by any stretch, they are cozy and comfortable with fantastic air conditioning, great bedding, and a quiet environment perfect for sleeping -- which was the main intent of staying here after arriving internationally and being jet lagged. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Nimman district, this hotel combined a great price with the location and amenities a weary traveler needs and wants -- no frills, but gets the job done when no frills are needed or wanted.

Triple price during New Year, too much, not value for money. Quite new hotel, so nice new facilities and room. A little far from old city, but nice it's close to Maya mall. Would prefer there to be handsoap. No washing machine but a laundromat 400 m down the road.

Stay here for a couple of time. The hotel is located in the convenience area. Easily walking to Nimman Rd. to grab sth to eat. I think it is newly constructed hotel, so everything looks new. The room is clean and wide, so you could stay comfortably. I love the TV here, about 45”-55” with high quality. And the gym is also new. The restaurant in the ground floor has good vibes. Good for working at night without going to any cafe. The parking lodge is plenty.
