I was a bit apprehensive before our arrival as we usually book 4 & 5 star hotels. As this was just for one night and we would be out exploring I thought I would give Ibis a go. I was definitely not disappointed and would not hesitate in returning to this hotel. We were greeted by friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Check-in was easy and fast. The rooms were perfect for our needs, the rooms are a bit on the small side, but for one or two nights they are adequate. The rooms were very clean, as were the public areas. I was impressed with the quality of the bedding and towels and the bed was super comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. The only thing I would say anything negative about was the bar man, he wasn't very friendly, he took ages to make drinks and didn't look happy in his job. The hotel's location is great. Very close to the tram and metro stops. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so I can't comment on that.

Good hospitality. Even unfortunately we didn't get the room in high floor. Maybe the high floor will have a better view. They put a huge android TV inside the room, which is good. The receptionist was really nice and informative as well. It was a pleasant time to stay in Ibis Milano. And there's a Chinese restaurant near. Location was good as well, it took 15-20 mins walk to reach the train station.

Everyone was helpful and the service was great! The room is well-equipped, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is also great, there are lot of options to choose from the buffet. The location is in the centre, so you can approach a lot of places easily, on foot :)

Our stay was really nice in this hotel. It is very well located, 20min walk to town and loads of restaurants and corner shops near by. Hotel was clean, rooms had everything what you need and breakfast was delicious, giving many options to choose from. Probably the best thing about this hotel was staff. Very friendly and always ready to help. Want to say big thanks for Gabriele that helped us in the middle of night when another hotel messed up with our booking. It was very pleasant stay!

Plus:The location is 4' away from metro and 15' away from central station. The service was satisfying and helpful The room was old, needs refurbishment but the worst was the mattress and the pillows! Although it had a topper it was really old and we never managed to sleep properly. It's really sad because it ruins the most important part of staying in a hotel. Last but not least it was annoyingly noisy from the passing cars/trams.
