Cosy place, not far from the centre of Milan. The rooms are clean, though not with a modern renovation, but quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and happy to help with any questions. The breakfast offers a good range of products and everyone can choose the best option for themselves. In general, I recommend the hotel)

Whilst reading through the reviews on this hotel my expectations were not that high. But having stayed there myself it blew my mind how people can leave bad reviews for this hotel. It is kept at a very high standard and the staff were very helpful if you needed to exchange money or giving ideas on where to go. Breakfast was very good with fresh coffee and pastries at the ready but they could add a few more breakfast items and the cereal bowls were quite small. But my overall experience was very good and hope I see the staff again. The room was good and tidy and you feel well rested in the morning. The room had working AC which was very much needed in the Italian heat. The amenities where kept on top of as they refreshed everything everyday and given us clean towels as well.

Overall experience in the Hotel was a good one. The two star doesn't quite reflect the hotels facilities as it should be a lot more. Location is ideal for travelling elsewhere in the city with a metro station directly opposite. The rooms were regularly cleaned and the bathroom facilities were kept to standard. Hotel staff were really helpful and made the experience a lot better with the breakfast provided in the morning. Good place to stay on a short term basis with amenities and transport readily available.

I stayed at a hotel recently that left me thoroughly disappointed. While the location was excellent and the staff was friendly, everything else was dreadful. The rooms were outdated and had a strange odor. The doors did not feel secure or reliable; they would shake every time someone else slammed their room door. The breakfast was meager and somewhat unsettling. Overall, it was a rather unsettling experience.
