Noisy hotel, as if the walls are cardboard. When we stayed there, there was a large group which also was very noisy in the middle of the night. Also, there was a mechanical noise (probably the elevator) which was heard throughout the night. Our room was on the first floor, apparently just above a service entrance.. around 5-6 AM they roll all cages with the clean laundry into the hotel, it was as if they roll through your own room. Tip: when booking, make sure you don’t end up on the first floor and anywhere near the elevator. Great location if you’re on the way and need to spend the night somewhere. Enough free parking space around, just beware of the Umwelt Zone when you’re by car.

Room was as old as this phone or even worse. Power sockets were dusty and dangerous looking. Water in the bathroom sink was not running out fast enough, they said that it was normal, but they would call a technician. As a result, nothing had changed in 3 days (technician was not there I suppose) No free coffee machine at the reception and even no kettle in the room. Fortunately, it was business trip and only hotel‘s location was crucial for me. Not recommended.

So the rooms are small. 1 person small. Max. The service is obnoxious. I had no light on my room. The technician failed to check it during my whole stay. Beware of room 3014. The location is 15 minutes walking to the nearest u bahn. Conclusion: choose Novotel! Always better service!

good place. nothing special about this hotel. got room in 8th floor the elevators where fast did not have to wait too long. room was on the smaller size and cheaper feel but all was clean and working sadly I was missing minibar in my room. breakfast was good and buffe style. there was not much of choice to choose from but the basic stuff was there. the most I was missing Ketchup. booking and payment was easy. parking in the garage was without problem only the gate is on the narrower side so with bigger cars you might have troubles to fit in. paying for parking is done in a machine or APP as not local I have no interest to install any app for only one use so I had to pay on spot. wanted to pay by card but there is no possibility to do the payment wirelessly so I had to search for physical credit card. this is not to 2023 standard everyone pays by phone or watch.
