First time in Munich and first time stayed in the Flemings hotel, the room is clean, comfortable and the staffs are friendly, breakfast is cool. Due to snowstorm the airport was closed I have to stay over there and again the reception team helped me to find a lot of options to go back where I was. Top services and definitely I will go back and stay at flemings hotel in next year

The best quality-price hotel I have ever been. Staff are super friendly and patient, as the self check in is not too smooth. The hotel is very close to the beautiful English Garden and the rooms are perfect. If you are lucky to get one overlooking the inner yard, rooms are super quiet! I will certainly return!

I walked in and the smell was inviting and pleasant. The fruit bowl with the jugs of water with various added extras was a nice extra. Unfortunately I don't speak German and checking in was easy. Reception staff were very helpful. The bottle of fizzy water in the room was refreshing. The room was clean and well thought out. The shampoo, conditioner and hand wash products were high quality. Breakfast was excellent. The wine in the bar was good. It is all the attention to detail and little extras that makes this place a sensory delight. Thank you. I will return.

My girlfriend and I were warmly welcomed by the reception. The Breakfast itself was incredibly delicious and the staff there very friendly and accommodating. If we had any questions, we always contact the reception and each of them was happy to help us. Especially the young lady in the evening and the young man in the moring-afternoon (whose names I unfortunately forgot) were incredibly friendly. Overall, a nice hotel that we happily recommend to everybody :)

I would recommend the hotel to others but not the single room which was too small. Not sure if only my room was so small? The location and the breakfast are good. I also rated the Gastronomie poor and this was related to a single person in the bar. I arrived with jet lack and was in the evening pretty tired but did not want to go bed too early avoid very early wake up. The bar tender basically did not want to serve me drinks and ask me to leave and go to bed which I honestly could not believe. This happened not only once but also 2 or 3 times during my first days. If not for the rainy weather I would have not have come back. Really strange behaviour of a person in the Service Industrie.
