Stopped one night to break the journey from Sydney to Paris 4 weeks ago. The hotel was wonderful. All of the staff were polite, attentive and friendly. Our room was clean and exactly as advertised. The bonus was the rooftop pool and bar! I recommend the food on offer there. A quick walk around the neighbourhood was fun though beware of the traffic and heat. Take the free shuttle to the airport (15 minute drive). Don't try to walk to the hotel even though it's in sight from the airport. We will definitely stay there again!

Ibis Saigon Airport Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The beautiful rooftop, sauna, and steam sauna added a touch of luxury to my stay. Its proximity to the airport, just a 5-minute ride on the free shuttle bus, made my early morning flight a breeze. The rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. What truly stood out was the exceptional service - I had an early flight and they kindly packed my breakfast for me. Such a sweet and thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Booked a large room for 2 adults 2 kids (4 yr old and 1 yr old) and noted this occupancy at the time of booking. We were only staying overnight before a 6am flight so were checking out at 4.30am. There was a sofa bed in the lounge room so I asked for extra sheet. Was told this could not be provided and they could provide a pillow, which never arrived. There was no cot in the room when we checked in so I asked if one was available and could be brought up. There was one available but we had already fallen asleep by the time it was brought up. Shuttle bus was good and I arranged pick up from the airport prior to arrival. Considering how close the hotel is we had to wait close to 30mins for the shuttle bus in the heat outside the airport which was not pleasant with 2 young kids and having just flown a long haul flight.

Stayed at this hotel 1 night. The airport shuttle was very convenient. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. My one issue with the place was related to drinking water. They provide 1/2 liter per person in glass bottles, and there is a little card proclaiming Ibis's care for sustainability etc. When I asked the front desk for more drinking water they told me to go find an outside store and buy some bottled water. Not sustainable or convenient. I'm at a different hotel in the city center now, and on every floor there is a water purifier with unlimited drinking water for refills. Ibis, you need to do something like this!
