My second time. 1st time last August. Discovered the Rooftop bar offers delicious snacks and happy hour drinks! Staff friendly and helpful. The front desk helped me to print an email attachment (two pages) which I need for a meeting. My only concern is that the floor of the shower place is a bit slippery. I need to put a towel to get better friction and need to be very careful to step in or out of the shower. I do not know if they have shower mat that can be used.

New hotel, nice design and easily access to BTS. We were placed at the room facing internal hotel and can view the lobby. It was very noisy on the 1st night due to an event. Second night is better but still can gear the noise from the lobby and restaurant. We can also hear the beat of the music in the early morning. The room need to have better sound proof design. The shower room tile is slippery especially after you use the shampoo. It is really not the right tile for shower area.
