The front desk was very accommodating upon arrival, even allowing an early check-in as which was very appreciated due to a long flight. The maid service was very thorough and kind, not to mention honest, as I left my safe unlocked once and everything was in order. They (maids) deserve the highest praise! The pool and staff running Red Bar were superb. I do not have any complaints, and would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Thank you, Greg

The location was absolutely perfect centrally situated, providing easy access to key attractions while maintaining a serene ambiance. The highlight of the hotel was undeniably its mesmerizing infinity pool. Overlooking breathtaking vistas, it offered a visual treat that enhanced the overall experience. Spending hours by the pool, gazing at the panoramic views, was a tranquil escape. The culinary experience was a true delight. Every meal was a symphony of flavors, prepared with precision and creativity. From breakfast to dinner, the diverse menu catered to every palate, leaving me eager for the next exquisite dining experience. Equally impressive was the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met promptly and with a genuine smile. Their attentiveness and professionalism added a personal touch to the entire stay, making it feel like a home away from home. In conclusion, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect—location, pool, food, and service. It's a rare gem that combines luxury, comfort, and a perfect blend of amenities, promising an unforgettable getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unparalleled hotel experience.

1. Service was friendly, starting from the reception, cleaning, the bar, breakfast, all. 2. Room was beautifully designed, ample size, feel homey, comfortable. Lighting wad good. 3. Love the sliding window of toilet mirror to room. 4. Bed was comfortable. 5. Working desk too small. Oops i dont think you stay at Nana area for works. 6. Breakfast was very value for money. Food was good, coffee was good, all for 240 baht. Strongly recommended. 7. Rooftop bar was nice. 8. The only drawback is the location. Bit far from Nana BTS, bringing luggage there can be a problem, as the walkway was not of smooth tiles. Worst was, the hotel was surrounded by poor and lonely girls, looking for friends for money. Not proper for family. 9 Very good hotel, but location was not appropriate for family.

I expected rooms to be a little bigger. The washroom and shower takes some part of the room and makes the room even smaller. They didn’t even provide free water. Everything in the minibar was there for a price way above their original. As the hotel is on an adult entertainment street, you might find a lot of women standing on the street just in front of the hotel (just a point to note). May not be a good option if you’re travelling with your ‘conservative’ family members. The breakfast was just average for the price obviously. The lobby is small. It gives you a feeling that, the hotel was designed with ample space and suddenly two hotels were squished into a single piece of land. Bolt and Foodpanda worked fine for me. Not bad. Not good either.
