Very well located hotel, right in the centre of Zona Rosa, walking distance to Chapultepec (about 40mins leisurely stroll!) and the Historic Zone (another 40ish minutes walk) right by the metrobus station if you don't want to walk or want to get to Coyoacán (highly recommend visiting that area!). Great breakfast, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, jams, a different hot dish each day (eggs, tortillas, tamales, refried beans), pastries, a waffle maker, juice, (orange and grapefruit) multiple coffee and tea options. Water provided in the room and can be refilled with eco friendly glass bottles, the cleaners replaced our water most days. It was quite noisy at night (as you can expect in the centre of the city) and there was some sort of generator making a lot of noise throughout the day and night, but if you have earplugs/headphones, you should be fine and it didn't bother us. TV with full cable channels and the ability to switch the movies to English if you press the yellow button! Our room was cleaned daily, there was great security and we felt extremely safe there. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has all the necessary features for several types of travelers. They offer good breakfast option and their staff is very attentive. The rooms are clean and they take care of their customers. They are always available if you need assistance and are more than willing to give recommendations if you ask them for advice. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there in the future when traveling again to Mexico City.

Hotel is in great location of Zona Rosa, just right near beautiful city part Roma Norte. Reception was very kind and nice, helpful. Room was spacious enough, cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. Good soundproofing. What should be improved is breakfast. No vegetable at all, some fruit, basic sandwich, ham and cheese, waffles, yoghurt. That was all. No variety at all. Would be nice to have at least some vegetable, eggs, maybe sausage.

The Good: I stayed a week specifically for the Dia de los Muertos celebrations. As a single female traveling alone I felt extremely safe with the hotel and area. The location was great and close to the metro and metro bus. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. The standard room was perfect for one person but would have been tricky for two people. The laundry services were exceptional and quick. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful. Very nice to have water and tea available 24 hours. The Bad: Very odd not to have hand towels available. The hotel doesn't have the ability to change from larger MXP bills or exchange USD to MXP. There is a bank/ATM a few steps away though.
