You can hear the most minimal noise through the door and walls - if anyone is coming out of the elevator, walking in the halls, in their bathroom, or talking at a normal volume in their rooms. It’s clear they’re used to these issues since they give you disposable ear plugs to use. Cigarette smoke came through the vents 3x during a 2 night stay, and they told us to just wait it out. Location: Getting out of Polanco to anywhere in Condesa or Roma by car was hell and easily added 2x-3x the original duration after traffic. Walking around is unpleasant compared to these other neighborhoods as well.

Excellent service and hosting by Alan! The building is hypermodern and everything is very fresh and clean. The facilities are great and the rooftop is an incredible bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here. The only downside is that some of the rooms don’t have windows.

I had a great time at Utopic Polanco. The staff were super attentive and lovely, and the facilities were excellent. We stayed in a suite and it was comfortable and clean. Great location, very safe. In fact, we are staying there again in a few days when we go to Mexico. See you soon! And thank you for your warmth and hospitality :)

I am not one to leave negative reviews, however, my fiancé and I stayed at this hotel and several ESSENTIAL things were not right: 1) hot water for shower did not work - you must turn on the sink and wait 5-10 minutes for the water to begin to become hotter in the shower 2) the internet was down all day. We tried working at 4pm and then at 10pm and the internet cut out each time. When we contacted the front desk regarding this they said they were not responsible but would contact the technical personal responsible for such promised services. We never heard back and the issue was not resolved. 3) the sheets were dirty (yellow Spot and all) and when we asked for a new set they told us not to worry and that the sheets were clean entirely -dismissing us. Bad service, no accountability, no offer of partial refund or any compensation for our troubles and lost work time. Not what was promised on their advertisement. Completely disappointed.
