I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel! The staff's warmth and efficiency made me feel truly welcome. We had a really nice stay at this hotel. We notified the hotel that we would arrive early and we could check in straight away. The room was clean and cosy. The beds were good and the shower warm. The additional service like a good breakfast, tea and coffee for free and luggage storage are a real bonus. The staff was friendly. The metro is within walking distance. We also enjoyed the Asian restaurants in the area of the hotel. They were very good and affordable.

Great place to stay if you are going to ANR, which is next door. Well situated for Asian restaurants in Paris, which is an asset for me but not if you want French food. The usual Ibis offering of basic hotel and breakfast, clean, efficient and featureless. No bedbugs...which apparently is an extra in many Paris hotels 😏 Pricey despite the simplicity, but it is Paris...

Rooms are small and have almost no room for storage. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much. Breakfast was delicious, just lacked more variety especially some vegetable. Drinking water and tea / coffee / hot chocolate was available 24/7 which was very handy. Huge TV was nice, but it only had french channels. Location is not very central although it's good and quiet and you can get to the city centre very easy with 2 metro stations, tram station and bus station all within 10 minutes walking distance. Staff was nice, friendly and able to speak english. They were doing really good job during breakfast making sure everything is always available and desks clean. The biggest issue for me was AC. It was not working properly and we had few very unpleasent nights as we couldn't open the window during the night because of mosquitoes. Really good value for money in the end, but problems with AC and storage makes it only 3 stars rating for me.
