AVOID THIS HOTEL! First this place has NO HOT WATER! They said it will be fixed on 6 October 2022 and that’s a lie and people are still experience no hot water weeks after that. While Paris was 8°. Telephone In the room didn’t work. Water kettle leaks water out. Keep programming our door key one night at a time in our 3 night stays we often can’t go into our room, the reception couldn’t careless either with his lousy attitude, he is the black guy that works on Oct 1, 22 night shift. Remote control isn’t working. While no hot water we couldn’t shower and clean ourselves. We asked for a basin and use boiled water from kettle to add into small bucket. Air condition isn’t working, even I chose the heating to 18°. No air comes out of the vent. All the hotel staff said, you can go book at other hotel and we will refund your money when we arrived. They have been promising guests since 4 weeks ago that hot water will be fixed within a week but he told us next week, same excuse use 4 weeks ago. He refuse to offer us any kind of discount zero. Room is teeny weeny and so do the lift can only fit two person skin to skin.

Great location for the station. Is a small hotel, in a tall building. There is a small lift. Some of the rooms are quite small with just enough room to get round the bed, so with luggage it is a bit tight. However, clean and has all you need. Staff were very helpful. They have windows that open (huge plus for me), though be mindful that this part of Paris is busy and sirens can be heard most of the night. Many good restaurants nearby.

Located in a posh zone, as per our uber service, 4 minutes walking distance to Paris gare de Lyon. Busy district with many corporate offices, cafes, restaurants and boutiques. The hotel premises is very tidy, our room was well cleaned every day, and replenished toiletress. Housekeeping girl did a good job every day and is very friendly. The front desk managers are very helpful. The breakfast restaurant is small in space, located underground but nice looking and clean.

The Hotel has my taken deposit and hasn't refunded. It's been a week, I was told it ll be refunded in a matter of hours. They are not replying. The deposit was close to 120 Euros. I will highly suggest to avoid this hotel if possible. @owner Since there is no way to reply to what the owner has put -in. I still haven't received the money. Also I have called you multiple times. Every 2 week , you have told me you ll credit in 2 weeks. It's been close 3.5 months , it still hasn't happened. Either get it touch with me, or stop putting blatant lies as replies. People here are absolute frauds. Had I been staying in France, would have filed a police complaint.
