It’s overall a good hotel. We were going to be hosted in another Hotel but they lost our reservation and we were sent to Ibis. Ibis’ manager, that happen to be the manager of our first hotel, was supposed to welcome us (and explain why his other hotel lost our reservation), but he never did. Not even an apology. The staff are great, relaxed and helpful. The bedrooms are small and functional, good shower. It doesn’t have a refrigerator nor a safe. If you check the pictures you’ll see it’s very simple. The breakfast was good. I would stay there again, for sure! I just wish the manager had a little courage and would stand up for his mistakes.

Overall nice experience,great lounge/bar/breakfast area. The only downside was we did not have parking and we had to find a spot on a nearby street whilst outside was raining, carrying out luggage. Bathroom well stocked with teeth brush, razor, comb, nail file, hair dryer, slippers, towels, really good. Really confortable bed and pillows. The check in/bar guys were really friendly. Recommend!

Great experience. The hotel is very clean and well organised. The staff is prepared and ready to help. The position of the Hotel is ideal, between the Prater and the city centre. The price, for a city like Vienna, is fair. There is also a Parking lot, which is very useful if you arrive by car. We were there for a group visit for an EU project and the stay was perfectly arranged by Amanda. I recommend this hotel, for business trips as well.
