Excellent for the price point, very friendly and helpful staff all round. Good location about 10 minutes walk for the train station and old town. Nice rooms with a modern design, although a bit small and with no fridge or safe. The self-service laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers was useful. It even has a decent gym, which was unexpected for a three star hotel!

Safety’s not Switzerland standard. After running to the reception terrified that while we were sleeping soundly, we were woken up by a Big Man on our door pushed the chair forcefully that we placed for security purposes - We Screamed our lungs out and he ran away.. The reception manager was kind enough to show us the CCTV and housekeeping admitted that he mistaken our room to the staff room.. So, the Manager offered us to switch hotels because we didn’t feel safe anymore and we had a flight to catch in 5 hours. Seriously, they have traumatized us for life to the point that we don’t even wanna talk about and recall the incident.. I don’t recommend ibis styles Zurich city center 👎🏻👎🏻

Booked for a triple room but got a room for disabled. Room was just in front of the lift, but good thing no noise when people passing by. No extra toilet amenities for the room apart of shower gel and cups. Bed is comfortable and good for rest. Location is not bad, about 10 mins walk from Zurich HB station. You can find one Coop opposites of the station too.

Location from main train station is farther than expected. The evening crew - 3 persons - w not welcoming at check in. One man was helping another guest. Instead of checking guests in, the two women staff were busy discussing and looking at their computer screen, ignoring us. They didn’t even ask us to wait. Luis (?) who was busy restocking supply was kind and came checking us in. The morning crew was friendly as we are checking out. The room is well maintained as Inis standard. Small but practical.

Basic, but cozy and quite cheap as for Zurich. Rooms are rather small, shower is actually in the room, only toilet is separated. Bed is ok. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is pretty decent as for Ibis, everybody will find something they like, however it’s rather basic. Reception staff is nice, however sometimes they cause issues with bookings done via third party and make you pay even if they can clearly see card number provided in the reservation. Located just behind main train station, close to the tram and bus stop. 10-15 minutes walk to the center of the city.
