Maida & Silvano were amazing hosts. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, perfectly located, and you can enjoy fantastic views. They pleasantly surprised us with a gift card to their delicious restaurant (seriously, it was 🤌🏻) and a bottle of their sparkling wine. These little details truly set this rental experience apart. In general: • Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were exceptionally nice and attentive. • While our room was the smallest, it was comfortably accommodating for two. • Parking proved a bit tricky due to ongoing construction, but we appreciated that it was included in the overall price. • The pool area's restaurant is currently closed for renovations, but the views are worth it. • Guests have access to amenities, like the fitness center, that are definitely worth exploring. • Numerous restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and more are conveniently within walking distance. • The Peacock Park right in front of the building adds to the overall charm. • My only suggestion is to consider adding power outlet strips for charging all your electronics. We'll be definitely coming back. All our gratitude to our hosts for making our stay easy and pleasant 🙌🏻

I recently spent one night at iCoconutGrove and my stay was close to perfect. The room was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided and the amenities provided by hotel Arya were very nice. I wish I could have checked in a bit earlier than four, but I understand the need to be able to get the rooms cleaned and ready for incoming guests. The hotel staff was able to store my belongings until check in time, which was very nice.

*This review is for the Airbnb unit 1512-1, parking, and pool only* We booked our stay here at 2889 McFarlane Road Unit 1512-1, Miami, FL 33133, United States through Airbnb which was easy and reasonably priced. They had a multi-level parking garage that was clearly marked. Check in was easy and occurred at the hotel front desk. The staff were friendly and provided clear instructions. The room was large as was the bathroom. The room had been nicely updated but the bathroom had only partially been updated. The room and bathroom with both clean although there was a gross spot on the sheets when we went to crawl into bed that night and we ended up ' sleeping on top of the comforter with the throw blanket which wasn’t bad as it was a little warm in the room. I reached out to the owner and they were quick to provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. The view from the room was stunning. We checked out the hotel pool which was on the 8th floor roof and it was clean, refreshing, and also had a great view of both Miami and the ocean. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance. This area of Miami appeared very safe and we never felt uneasy. We just walked until we found a restaurant that smelled/looked good and then popped in to eat for both supper the night we checked in a breakfast the next morning. We only stayed 1 night but it was a nice romantic getaway. We could have stayed at a hotel cheaper but wanted this specific destination after seeing it on Airbnb.

The vacation rental at iCoconut Grove was everything we could have asked for! The location in Coconut Grove is excellent! Walking distance to shopping, groceries, and more. The room was clean and had everything we needed with very special touches! The amenities at the hotel were great too. The rooftop pool was lovely! The kitchen in our room had everything we needed. My only feedback might be to update the pans with scratches in them. Parking was super easy as well! I would highly recommend staying here!
