Checked in for a week. The sofa stank. The tumble dryer was filthy, so was the washing machine. The air-conditioning didn't work. The booking agent didn't reply to my emails or calls. No cleaning services during the week. Zero contact from the agent even after the stay. The lifts were terrible, super slow, the main one not even stopping on my floor. Not recommended!

Ragheema waited for my family & I to arrive even though we were s bit late. Very friendly & accommodating. Kept in touch us during our stay & granted us a late check out. Our 3 bedroom apartment had beautiful views. Every room was comfortable. ACs in working condition is a huge plus with the hot temperatures of December. Wifi was exceptional. Cleaning staff were friendly & done such a brilliant job with our rooms. I will definitely be back. Thank you Ragheema for your kind hospitality.

We had stayed here before pre covid, and I thought it would be similar. I was wrong! We waited 2 hours to be checked in due to aircon issues. Mindful we arrived at 15h30 not even 2pm. Then the parking bay allocated was big enough for a motorbike, definitely not my suv. We ended up getting a new parking bay in block C which meant walking across blocks to get to our rooms. The place was clean enough but smelled like fresh paint. Shower was moldy and the last straw. We checked out the next day, and lost 4 nights worth of paid accommodation. My sanity was worth more. Avoid the icon. If you like student digs, then this is for you.
