The location of the hotel is good and close to the city center, and there is a free car ride every hour to the Taksim area. The hotel is characterized by calm and comfort, and the staff are very smiling and helpful. The room is a very suitable size and exceeds expectations, with a nice balcony and there is heating suitable for the cold winter time, and here it is. I must thank the reception staff, especially Mr. Hozan, who was wonderful

During my stay at this hotel on October 2023, the experience met my expectations in terms of quality. The reception was very pleasant, and the staff members were courteous and accommodating. Additionally, they offered a good selection with a full menu for breakfast.

It was a good hotel. With very friendly staff and delicious breakfasts. The rooms, like most rooms in Istanbul, were a bit small, but they were adequate. All the staff were very friendly. The heating system in our room was broken, and I informed the hotel at 11:00 PM. They immediately changed our room to another room. The commuting route to Taksim square was close by taxi, but it was a bit difficult on foot. There was no problem during our stay at the hotel and in general, if I travel to Istanbul again, I will choose this hotel among 4 star hotels.
