Complete discrepancy between photos and reality, definitely not worth the money paid. Stayed 9 nights. You can stay for a maximum of a couple of days. Cons: Declared a 3* hotel, in accordance with the regulations on the classification of hotels from 2020. Routine cleaning must be carried out daily. In fact, upon request through the administrator (we did not receive cleaning from the first request). The drain elbow of the bathroom sink is leaking (see photo); dirty wallpaper (photo); space in the room for two back to back; The shower drain gets clogged after every wash (they left cleaning supplies for us, meaning they know about the problem). The walls are thin, there is no sound insulation. There is no forced ventilation (photo of windows), odors from the next room during cooking spread throughout the entire floor. Pros: fast and convenient remote check-in through the administrator; prompt communication with the administrator; the administrator is committed to solving problems; kitchen with necessary utensils; fridge; comfortable mattress.

Comfortable, thoughtful, customer-oriented. We lived in this hotel with pleasure for 8 days. Great location. 10 minutes to the metro, 30 minutes to the center. The hotel windows overlook a quiet street and courtyard. Separate entrance and independent check-in are very convenient. Nearby are grocery stores, cafes, pharmacies. We arrived early in the morning, left our suitcases in a storage room right at the hotel, also left our things on the day of departure and returned in the evening. No extra charge. We lived in family room No. 1 (there are 12 rooms in the hotel). Everything in the room is thought out even for a long stay. The kitchen has dishes, pots, refrigerator, dishwasher, Smart TV, kettle. The toilet has a large shower, washing machine, two (!) sinks, and a hairdryer. The room has large spacious wardrobes, a very comfortable orthopedic mattress, and a sofa. The price is slightly higher than the most budget apartments, but the level of rooms and service is worth it. We were very pleased. I recommend!
