Very filthy and not at all cleaned when we arrived. Found a cockroach in the kitchen, and the water in the shower is either ice cold or burning hot. Dirty, broken down in some places... there is MUCH room for improvement!! One room you can't even close the storm shields. They put the AC unit hose in the way. Mold under the fridge etc. Other than all that, it is a nice style of house/apartment and close to the trains and stores.

It was a bit cramped for 8 people, and the cleaning could have been better. But decent price and good WiFi. Neighbors was up late however and you can hear anything in the vicinity outside

Although the introduction says that it can accommodate up to 10 people, I think it should be about 6 people. 4 people can accommodate it just fine. Overall, although it feels a bit dated, it is very comfortable to live in. I can feel the landlord's thoughtfulness. All the little things are well prepared. You can also watch Netflix when you get back at night. There is also Don Quixote not far from the station. The price is also great. I would like to stay here next time I come to Tokyo.
