Absolutely beautiful, friendly, kind, and informative. Love it here and will be back when we visit Matera again. Great location, easy parking situation and close to many amazing restaurants. Just the perfect place. They don’t have a spa inside but they are pet friendly and extremely friendly in general. Our lovely hostess remembered our names and our pets name and gave us a lovely welcome and made us reservations at a beautiful restaurant. Really made the trip. Can’t recommend it enough.

Beautiful B&B found by chance on Google. Small but very welcoming, warm and above all clean and what's more directly on the rocks. Our room, a deluxe one with a super comfortable bathtub and equipped with various bathroom sets with toothbrushes, razor and aftershave, hair caps and slippers. And what about the welcome? On Sunday, the girl at the reception was the icing on the cake! she welcomed us with such friendliness and hospitality, she was super helpful in showing us the best itinerary to visit Matera, she gave us excellent advice on where to have lunch and dinner and even called the various restaurants in person to reserve a table for us! Truly everything is exceptional, I recommend this property 100%! You will not regret it

Beautiful B&B located in a strategic area of the Sassi, from which you can reach all the Sassi sites of Matera. A positive point is the manager of the structure Domenica, the perfect hostess who will help you by giving you valuable advice on which places to visit and restaurants or places to eat.

Small but welcoming and well-kept structure. The rooms are beautiful. The experience of sleeping in a stone is fascinating. The courtesy and availability of Domenica, the girl at the reception, added value to our stay, involving us with the knowledge of Matera and the his energy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
