The room was dirty, there was poo on the bathroom wall (photo attached), the bed smelled bad, the blanket didn’t have a cover, so it also smelled, instead there was a single sheet in between so it was almost impossible not to touch it when sleeping (disgusting). We had breakfast included, to get it we needed to inform night before what we want from the list and what time - we picked a toast and a coffee - this is the only meal we had in our 3 night stay m, because we thought its too much hassle. At checkout the lady tried to charge us 60 euro for that one breakfast. Highly not recommend - we would report this to booking

Location is great, staff were welcoming and arranged a taxi for our departure. Rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities were very nice. There was no elevator when we visited in March 2023 so you have to climb the stairs with your luggage. The walls are very slim.

Don’t stay here. The staff are the best thing about this hotel - kind and friendly. Everything else was a let down. The walls are thin and not insulated so it’s very noisy, the rain shower doesn’t work, the power went out when it rained, the bed isn’t long enough so our feet stuck over the end, breakfast is served in the rooms but there’s nowhere nice to sit, breakfast is super basic and low budget, there’s no elevator so you have to carry suitcases up stairs without help, and the furniture is plonked randomly in the rooms which are soulless and ugly (especially cold ugly tile floors - they should replace them with wood or carpets).

While we never tried out the spa part of the name, I can’t help but feel that it would be a little underwhelming, as the hotel no doubt was. The staff were accomdating and well mannered, but the hotel policies left some interesting questions, namely: breakfast was served to your room and was mostly made up of fatty meats, toast and overripe fruit. To leave the hotel you had to hand over your room key, something which I have never seen before in 100+ hotel stays. The rooms were okay, but bizarrely designed with a lot of open space and showers that don’t work (ours refused to let us use anything but the hand shower, the “rain” shower required you to pull out a nob at all times). Location wise, it's on the outskirts of the “old” town, which means lots of small alleys, mountains of bad graffiti and some surprisingly pleasant restaurants, shops and bars. As with all things Naples it feels as if the local government desperately needs funding or the locals need to actually take pride in their hometown rather than cover it in terrible artwork and it feels like this hotel is on the same wavelength.
