Enjoyed our stay at Napoli Mia. It was hard to find when we first arrived, only one small sign on the doorway outside, and Via Toledo is full of people. Took us a good 5 to 10 minutes of walking right past it before we eventually found it. It's through the large green wooden arched door, immediately to the right of Pandora shop. Room was fine, and comfortably fitted both us and the kids, but wasn't luxurious. You could hear some noise from the street when inside, but didn't keep me awake. Breakfast was plentiful, mostly cold items but plenty of choice, and enjoyed the guest lounge stocked with tea and cake when we returned after sightseeing. Location is good, Toledo metro station is right outside and loads of restaurants to choose from in the surrounding lanes.

very central, wonderful friendly staff and great breakfast, historic building. infrastructure is a bit dated and rather loud rooms (street noise). it's more like a flat-share than a hotel, giving it a nice family feeling. I prefer larger upscale hotels, but for people with more laid-back travel style this is surely a great option.

Its the service here, that's outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are pleasant and spotlessly clean. Room service makes up the bed, cleans and brings order every day and supplies fresh towels too. Reasonably well located to get everywhere, particularly the harbour for ferry's to Sorrento, Almalfi, capri or wherever you fancy, and it's bang in the middle of the shops and resaurants. Breakfast is adequate and better than that if you fancy the large variety of pastries on offer. The hotel is on the second floor; don't let the quirky entrance from the street put you off. It's via a steel door which is usually closed so you have to use a small pedestrian portal-door. Blinked a bit at first, but you quickly get used to it.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely, old hotel in the central area of Napoli. My husband and I are both vegan and the owners and staff went out of their way to ensure that we had a delicious breakfast every morning - fresh seasonal vegetables, fruit, plant-based milks and vegan croissant! The room was fantastic - we stayed in the deluxe double room, plenty of storage, fabulous air conditioning and a large shower with good water pressure! Perfect in every way and highly recommend!

If you want to stay in the heart of Naples where the action is, you can’t do much better than NapoliMia. Right smack in the middle of the shopping area with a lot of things to see with walking easy walking distance. The rooms don’t have views worth speaking of, but it’s not the kind of hotel that you go to to watch sunsets and that. The rooms are, however, very spacious with lovely high ceilings, and they are very clean and well maintained. The staff at the hotel are fabulously helpful and friendly and go out of their way to provide exceptional service. Plenty of Italian restaurants to choose from within yards of the hotel. Hustle-bustle city-centre living isn’t usually my thing, but when you shut the window shutters at night, you can’t hear anything outside. Mattress was *very* firm, but that seems to be a thing in Italy. I still slept like a log, though. Would i stay there again? Yes, definitely, if i was choosing to stay in the city.
