Young atmosphere with personality close to Avenida Paulista at a fair price. The staff is made up entirely of Argentines which made me think several times ''wow am I in São Paulo or Buenos Aires?'' They talked very loudly and occupied all the showers in the bathroom for a long time at shower time and the fridge only had ''staff'' signs. I think there is also a lack of shared spaces, the small reception and the tables in the corridor are too few for the number of guests. And as the employees are around the hostel all day long even when they are not working. They are very disorganized. But I would definitely come back again.

The location of the hostel is very good, and for the price I pay, this is a good place to stay. Now it is winter in July, so it feels a bit cold, but for the price I paid, I have no complaint.

Do yourself a favour and choose Imagina Hostel! Not only it's fantastically located - make sure to be there on Sunday and visit Avenida Paulista -, but the owners are absolutely lovely, and they'll make your stay extra special! Obrigado gente!

Great location! The service was very nice from Felipe, but apart from the fact that I was called to attention because I made a noise when I tried to open the gate when I arrived in the morning and it wasn't unlocking, so I made the normal attempt but they said I made a lot of noise, which made me quite irritated, but due to the way the It happened because the person at reception didn't open the gate, he must have only complained about the noise because he was sleeping. Based on the dust in the room, I think there shouldn't be frequent cleaning under the beds, the upstairs rooms make a lot of noise when it rains due to the aluminum tiles in the room.

The location and volunteers are great, it's close to everything and they give tips about the city. However, it has few tables and the chairs have no backs, so for those who work from home, they may have some problems. The hostel's housekeeper is also another possible problem, where she is cleaning, she thinks everyone has to leave. I've never seen this in a Hostel. Collective places are closed because the cleaners don't know how to clean one part at a time. If the daily cleaner has this problem, there should be two men's bathrooms, two kitchens, anyway. But overall it's a good hostel, 8/10.
