Pretty bad experience. Couldn’t check in upon arrival. Staff was very indifferent and wouldn’t take number to contact me when room was ready. Once in room, didn’t have hot water for close to 6 hrs (took three visits from mechanic). Paper thin walls, so street sounds + neighboring rooms are quite loud. Price is budget, so if you can suggest finding upgraded accommodations.

I do not recommend this place. The communication with the staff was very difficult. I couldn’t get pro-forma invoice for weeks and l need it for my business trip. At the end l didn’t get the discount that was promised for São Paulo biennale visitors and they even charged me more than my reservation stated. If l knew this in advance l would book different hotel for my trip.

Cancelled a 12-dayslong booking because I arrived on day 2 of the booking. I arrived at 10pm at the hotel. I have been told it was cancelled since noon : they didn't check NORE inform me of the cancellation. New to Brasil, new to Sao Paulo, I have first been told the hotel was full, no room for me, my booking had already been sold to someone else. In the end, they did manage to find me a room for 1 night, showed absolutely NO empathy, no commercial gesture, no help.
