Excellent location! We were in Milan for one day so this hotel was perfect for us to easily get around the city. It is located next to the M1 and M2 lines so we were at the Duomo in less than 10 minutes and were able to take the Malpense Express to the airport at 6am very easily. The rooms are clean and modern. We were a little nervous about check in as we booked the same day but after we text the number provided someone came within a few minutes of our arrival to check us in. There is a charge for late check in (after 9?) so keep that in mind if you're arriving late but for us this hotel worked perfectly. No elevator or front desk staff.

First, I waited 30 min outside of the hotel - even though we had agreed on the exact time that I would be there (to make their lives easier). When finally inside, I was denied a late check-out that was also agreed upon in the first place. Second, the window could not be fully closed, so we could enjoy all the nightly street activities - excuse my sarcasm. When we wanted to check out, again nobody was in the “hotel” (which is just a floor in a regular apartment building). I could not reach “Barbara” and my favorite time was when she just hung up on me. When we finally found someone to “checkout” with and leave our luggage, we were of course late for a scheduled meeting. And guess what, when we wanted to pick up the bags - yes, nobody was there again - another 30 minutes until someone showed us to our bags. Well, we made it to the train station in time anyway and enjoyed Milan in general - but this hotel? Never again!
