Very good hotel. Clean and well maintained. The stuff speaks good English, friendly and helpful. High level of professionalism. There was a small problem and it was solved super fast. I got instructions, I followed, it was solved. Easy-peasy. Unfortunately, in the winter time they don't have workshops or entertainments.

I'm thrilled to give this hostel a well-deserved 5-star rating! Arriving at 9 am, they granted me an early check-in, setting a positive tone. After a day trip and an overnight bus from Paris, returning to the hostel earlier than planned was a relief. The expansive chill-out room next to the kitchen was a highlight; unlike some hostels those make me don’t wanna stay chill inside at all, it felt inviting here. I loved sitting by the window wall, finding it the perfect spot. Opting for the Quadruple Female Room, I enjoyed a scenic view and a spacious, immaculate bathroom. The overall tidiness and cleanliness added to the charm. Without a doubt, I'll rebook this hostel on future visits to Milan. A strong recommendation for fellow travelers and friends – a truly outstanding experience.

Stayed in a 6-person mixed dorm. The staff was very kind and friendly, and spoke english which was a relief. They will rent you locks for a 10€ deposit which is returned when the lock is. Unfortunately… my bed had bed bugs. I was bitten around 25 times :( I even saw the bug crawl off my bed in the morning, which is why I looked for bites. —> there were 2 more people in my group, who did not have any bites. The common area is very nice, but busy. Drinks at the bar are pretty expensive but that is expected for the convenience. They provide soap in the shower & towels!

For the first time in my life, I stayed in a room with many people. First of all, I was very scared. But everything was so beautiful and clean that I can't explain it. The employees were very friendly. Even though I don't know English well, they helped me a lot. The breakfast could be one level more delicious, but for this price, this breakfast is very normal. thank you for everything. I will come again and recommend to everyone

Update: The hospitality manager contacted us and we were able to have a very nice chat about the situation. She took the situation seriously and ensured that they are investigating what happened because this is not up to their standards. In the end we were satisfied how the situation was handled by the manager and could maybe see ourselves giving it a second chance in the unforeseeable future. Thank you Silvia for reaching out! ————————— We just checked in right now & we were shocked about room. It is very very dirty to the point where we don’t feel comfortable staying here. The window had multiple webs and clusters of dead flies and other insects. The floor has obviously not been cleaned. Probably the worst thing is the bathroom: The toilet has unknown debris and there is something that looks like mold and dirt in every corner. We went down to the front desk immediately and they sent up staff straight away since they didn‘t have a different room to give us. The staff arrived swiftly which was nice but unfortunately did only marginal cleaning and told us after 5min they will come back tomorrow to clean some more. This is a very disappointing experience since we will have to stay in this still dirty room for 50% of our stay. Since we are paying EUR 170 per night and this place currently has a 4.4 rating I would expect much more.
