We received a free upgrade on our booking. The suite room was great, with a vast bathroom and shower area. The view from our room was brilliant. Good service from the staff. They have an Italian restaurant with decent food. Delicious breakfast on both days. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Awesome. Breakfast - Awesome Turkish Baths - underground cave with heated swimming pool and sauna. Breathtaking. Architecture - really authentic, beautiful and professionally executed. Loved it. Location - excellent. Short walk down to shops and restaurants, short walk up to sunrise view points. Easy walk to open air museum. Parking - has hige car park on premises with security. Rare find. Service - exceptional

Location is nice with a beautiful view. But the service was bad. We ordered cheese platter and got some old cheeses with bad taste and half of the items they have mentioned in the menu was missing. No fruits and no nuts and cheeses were really old.
