The wash basin was getting clogged and taking time to drain. Flush was not working. We had to struggle and keep fingers crossed. The staff were not polite,friendly and helful. Very blunt. Not able to understand anything spoken in English. Same was the case with morning breakfast hall staff. Just doing tasks mundane and not a smiling face to guests like us from India.

The hotel is near the city center and the famous freedom square. The room was clean & cozy, it has a big balcony with a nice view. The negative thing is the staff , they are not friendly at all (no smile at all). I hope they will have a training to improve themselves.

The rooms are cozy and feels a bit antique wish all the wood and wall paper used. Can't be called luxury or high-tech while overall the location is great and nearby to freedom square and in the middle of downtown. Receptionist was friendly while I arrived to check in very early morning while no guests were -usually- expected that early. The room has all required basics and wifi is working well while it's noticed that the sewerage system smells a bit in the bathroom. I'd give 8/10 overall
