Welcoming staff and very helpful. They helped us to park huge suv near the building on hotels private parking space. Nice rooms well designed. Breakfast was delicious plenty of salty and sweet options. Reception lady was very helpful and recommended few nice restaurants and places to visit. If we will be back in Tbilisi we will visit the hotel once again. Perfect location in the heart of Tbilisi.

Well, it was a very bad experience. Impossible to sleep because soundproofing is inexistent (from the room 106, you can hear the receptionist watching tiktoks, the music from the cars in the street and so on…) We had to take a plane and we could not take some food from the breakfast even it was just in front of our noses. At 7:50AM : “you have to wait 8 o’clock”. Come on! We paid for it!!! Of course, the coffee we took was not included!

I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this hotel. The staff's complete lack of understanding, unkindness, and unhelpfulness was astounding. What's more, they resorted to increasing prices when I was in need, which left me feeling exploited and disappointed. Their rude communication only added to the overall negative experience. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would like to express my gratitude towards the staff and owners of this beautiful hotel. It ticks all the boxes such as great location, clean rooms and the most wonderful breakfast. However this hotel stands out from the others because of its staff and owners. They took care of us in our recent 2 week stay like we were family. I have travelled extensively however this family owned hotel will forever remain dear in my heart. Thanks for making our stay in Tbilisi so comfortable. The Arora's from Sydney Australia.
