Love the place regardless of the critics. In & Out always has a special place in my heart. Burgers are well made and cheap, the fries are awesome and the shakes are out of this world for the price. Service is still great! All around the best experience a fast food restaurant can offer.

Terrific food, great service. Line was long but it moved fast. The Meridian location is fantastic. If you don't like the "regular" way their fries come simply choose the "well done" or "Light/Light well done". One of these combinations is certain to strike a chord with your appetite. All flavors of their shakes, Strawberry, Vanilla and Chocolate are terrific! With two more locations scheduled to open in SW Idaho/ Treasure Valley, this chain has certainly found a new home.

I entered the drive through maze at 12:55 on a Friday afternoon. I finally had my meal (a 3x3 and light well fries, both animal style) 50 minutes later. All the employees I interacted with were patient and friendly. The food was about what I expected. No complaints but certainly not the best burger around. Not worth waiting more than 5-10 minutes going forward. I rarely say this, but I think I would have been happier with a double double as opposed to a 3x3. I do like that they will serve your meal in a box rather than a bag if you indicate that you will be eating in your vehicle. On second thought, I was quite unimpressed with the fries. The animal style topping was a nice touch, but the fries themselves left much to be desired. Perhaps cooked to a different level of doneness would have been better.

Amazing. 10/10. By far the best fast food chain. We waited at the drive through about 50 minutes, there was a line for the lobby, we get to the window and the employees were all smiling and happy and joking with eachother and moving fast. Incredible. If this were another state or a different chain restaurant you'd have to catch thrown food. Everybody was in high spirits, food was perfect. As always, In-N-Out is worth the hype, if quality fast food is important to you. They don't get that long line and popularity because of some 500-item drunk menu, nope. Just good cheeseburgers and fries.
