I like this hotel! I picked it because it was the least expensive but still had decent ratings. What all I liked: 1. Their remote check-in person & procedure - I’ve never done this before & it worked just fine. When I walked into the lobby, there was no live person - instead I interacted with a machine with a nice person on a video screen who checked me in remotely. Very cool. 2. I think the machine signaled the heater in the room we were assigned to start, as it was running, warming up the room, when we entered it. Nice touch! 3. The lamps located on both sides of the king bed with plugs where we could plug in our cell phone and enough other plugs in the room to plug in our other electronic devices. 4. The light-blocking pull-down window shade. 5. The walk-in tiled shower that I’m sure replaced a bathtub was nicely done and much easier & safer to use. 6. How big the bathroom was - and there was a comfortable chair in it. 7. And I liked the price. Very good value! Thank you!

Great value. We got upgraded for free from a Queen to a king for $39 for one night. Pros: location in Moab, cheap, has everything you need. If you’re only looking for a place to spend the night and nothing else, the Inca Inn has great value. Cons: check in was with a kiosk via a zoom call from the Philippines. No wonder the room was so cheap. They advertise free breakfast but there was no breakfast to be found. Just free coffee. We also found some hairs in our sheets that were not ours. The sheets smelt and looked fine, but we were skeptical.

Rooms were very clean, but there was no breakfast in the morning, even though we were told the night before that there would be. All they had was coffee. Don't advertise a breakfast if you are not gonna have one. Also no front desk persons, you talked to a person on a kiosk! Very impersonal!!

I stayed at the Inca Inn for two days.The rooms are clean and have enough space. The housekeeping crew keeps the rooms clean every day. It was one of the more reasonable options in Moab, and it was closer to the Arches National Park than the others. So I forgot my bag in the hotel, and the manager Aron sent me my bag with his own expenditures bags worth more than $2000 because it has all medical personnel, which I really liked. I am delighted to stay in inca inn and pleasant staff.
