At first I was pleasantly surprised to how decent the rooms are at this hotel. On the surface, the rooms seem very clean. But once you look closer you will find stains on the linens, including the curtains, as well as the walls. Also the beds could be more comfortable, they are VERY worn in. However given the price, I am not one to complain. These are just things to keep in mind when booking here. If I return to Moab with the same budget, I would stay again.

We stayed here for vacation with friends. Everyone at the front desk was great and very helpful. Our room was very clean and satisfactory. We used the pool and hot tub daily. Loved it! There was also ample parking for our trucks and trailers. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it anyone.

We were there during the fire the homeless man started and was told we would be moved to a new hotel, but instead had to sleep in a room that smelled like burnt plastic. The staff seemed incompetent and had no compassion to the situation. My asthma has been flared up terribly ever since. I probably should be seen!
