Nice, quiet place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice breakfast, you can choose one from 3 options. When we had to leave our room earlier than breakfast hours (because of excursion) - guys on reception proposed us to pack our breakfast to go, which was really useful as we didn’t even think about it. After cleaning there are some dust left, but overall it was good. Only one point to improve- would be good if more toilet paper were given after cleaning as room was cleaned once (when we left proper brochure on the door).

I have never met more kind and helpful staff than at Ing Mon House. I stayed for 7 weeks as I worked remotely and everyone was extremely accommodating with everything I needed. The balcony is beautifully decorated and very nice for some outside reading or catching some fresh air when taking a break from work. The complementary coffee also helped a lot to get the workday started :) The hotel is in Old City and right by a public park perfect for people watching, relaxing, or exercising.

Fabulous stay at Ingmon house for 5 nights. Reception was so friendly and kind, service was wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty although limited. The only down side was that our lock on our balcony door didn't work properly and mosquitos were a bit of an issue. Overall though it was a wonderful stay very convenient location and for sure I would return here on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

We stayed for a night but the ac was not cooling proper had to shift two rooms to get a cooling. The only problem is the power sockets to plug phones is far and to off the lights we have to walk towards the door to switch off.. That's the big draw back. The breakfast was good. For a day it's manageable to stay. The front desk was helpful and they have all. Brochures the places to visit in chiang mai. That was helpful.
