I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel and the staff. In particular Greg a member of the hospitality staff was always welcoming, attentive and helpful. If I was to say one thing that could be improved it would be the breakfast, in particular the offerings available for vegetarians. Public transport is free and regular into the city centre itself, and we had no problems navigating it. Any questions were able to be answered by the staff. I have nothing but praise and would happily stay here again if visiting Luxembourg in the future.

Very solid option if you have a car as it is close to the city centre and airport. Staff both at the restaurant and at the front desk are kind and efficient. The room is small but well laid out, especially the bathroom. I found the sound insulation to be great despite what other folks are saying in the reviews, both at cancelling external and internal noises - solid night of sleep over our 4-night stay. Breakfast is also solid with above average selection of fruits, hot food and breads with an emphasis on local produce; the coffee itself however could be better. The complimentary Lindt truffles and drinks at the mini bar were also great Taking a start out for the following reasons: - Indoor parking requires you to always stop by reception to get a new ticket. Ideally I should be able to use my own key card. - EV charging should be complimentary. I only found out it wasn't by accident on my third day. - There's no common area for guests to unwind around the reception other than the restaurant. At the restaurant, however, there's a corkage fee. As a result, if you want to drink a wine from the region that you might've bought in the area with guests from a different room you're forced to pay the fee.

When you choose a good hotel, the first thing you do is to look for information, pictures of the rooms, the services it has, etc. I can say that I found the hotel that not only has beautiful rooms, a special design, but it has what is more important; kindness, help and solutions to meet your needs and even more. We recently stayed at Innside and chose it primarily for its pet-friendly policy. The rooms were indeed clean and the hotel itself is quite modern. However, our experience was marred by an unfortunate incident. We were accused by the hotel staff of leaving our dog alone in the room all day to bark incessantly. This was quite surprising and upsetting, as we had taken our dog with us during our day out for hiking. It appears there was a mix-up with another guest’s dog, but the reception staff became quite curt with us over this misunderstanding. We hope the hotel reviews their camera footage to clarify this situation. Additionally, the welcoming drink promised on the website was not provided, which was a minor yet noticeable oversight. On a positive note, there were a number of friendly staff members, and the cleanliness and modernity of the hotel deserve commendation. However, the overall experience left us feeling unwelcome and wrongly judged, which is something we hope the hotel addresses in the future.
