Great value for money. Semo, the guy literally running the show is a A ONE MAN ARMY. He is efficient, customer friendly and a guy to bank on.

Great location within walking distance to a city centre as well with a brilliant connections to a public transport (trams and buses). An interesting mixed area with locals living in flats as well as some parks and dog walking areas. There's even a farmer's field where you can let your dog off of the leash. Typical good continental breakfasts. The only gripe would be for the location of the room itself. If yours is facing the main street there is a fair amount of noise from the traffic as well as drunk people/shift workers coming back arguing and shouting. Also air conditioning was not working in our room and we missed the opportunity to address that with the reception, as it's only manned till 12 and from 16. Parking wasn't a problem as there are 7 parking spaces in front of the hotel.
