Hostel for tourist budgeted Location: 25 mins from Helsinki Airport (by Taxi around 30-35 €), bit the way to go to hostel is not convenience for big luggage with 4 wheel due to you need to go up by Stair first! Please consider it Room: Standard size, clean and nice city view Facility: Shared bathroom but it's clean and big WC Service: Contactless, no reception just contact us by mail However, overall is satify :)

Great experience staying at the Inntourist! We were very satisfied with our stay. The friendly and attentive staff created a cosy atmosphere and the comfortable rooms added to the enjoyment of our trip. Definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable holiday!

Stayed here for few nights visting helsinki. Recevies email before arriveing giving directions found place easier enough rooms where clean, bed comfy friendly welcome, can walk in to town takes 20 mins ish ....there is a tram 4 mins away.....share toilets are modern and clean......deftinely ticks all the boxes for cheap get a away.

I stayed for two nights and booked via their website- there was no reception while I was there so I had to find the place with their directions via email (if you're at the car park level, you need to go up one level). Super fun in -3 degree weather. Apparently I only paid for one night so I received an email saying I needed to pay for my second night. I told them to charge my same card- but they only allow bank transfer or PayPal. Extremely inconvenient, especially since I already stayed the second night and I was trying to enjoy the rest of my travels and I had to sort out paying them after the fact. There are other hotels that are cheaper that offer better service in Helsinki.

I booked this room because they said they had sound isolated rooms, well that was a bit true since the terrible noise from the highway just below the place was 50% less with the windows closed but still terrible. But indoors there was no sound isolation at all, if somebody passed by the room you good clearly here every step and every sound they made. But to makes things even worse they had an air ventilation system that increased the sounds coming from other rooms by a factor off 2 of 3 at least. I was in room 9 and heard a loud conversation and first I thought it came from one off the rooms nearby so I went out to see from where it came. After some walking around I discoverd it came from room 13 on the opposed side off the hallway and 5 meters further from my room. But the weirdest thing was that the sound I heard was much louder in my room true the ventilation system then when I was standing right in front off the door off room 13. To top things off I got up with red itchy spots on my back so the bed was probably invested with bugs, maybe bedwants. My advice never ever book this place and I will file a complain with booking for sure!!!!!!
