Because of this hotel, They ruined one day of my vacation. I lost the chance to see the Pope, it was a Sunday at the Vatican. They don’t care about other people's time easily. Never go this hotel.

Stayed there for the last February week with two friends. Lorey the lady responsible for the cleaning is an absolut gem and does an awesome job. The receptionists are exceptionaly friendly and helpful. All are fluent in English. The hotel is located in an living area and not to touristic. 15 minutes by foot from the vatican. The metro is 5 minutes by foot and drives every 3 minutes to the city center (Pantheon, colosseum, you name it) (1,5€ per 100 Minutes payed at the station in cash or with card). There are a lot of good restaurants in the imidiate area. There are three good vantage points that are reachable by foot, not crowded and give a beautiful view over the city. All in all very recommendable! Thanks for making this vacation so great.

This hotel is exactly what is needed for a very affordable stay. The location is handy with a metro very close. There are shops, restaurants and cafes very close and all high quality. The room itself was comfortable with an en suite. The shower was decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 10/10

Before you book this you won't get told any this below. This is the actual message you will receive a week before your arrival.. This should be shared with you as you book . See what you think.. Check-in time: from 14:00 pm to 18:00 Arrival before or after the check-in time, are subject to the request from the customer and to the confirmation from the property.The check in after the time of the reception until 21pm have an extra cost of the Euro 10.00. After this this up to midnight the cost for the check in is Euro 20.00 Arrivals at the airport from 9:00 pm to midnight can be accepted only and exclusively with the use of our taxi service Check in between 24:00 to 1:00 has a cost of 40.00€ over 1:00 at night it is not possible to check in. Please confirm us that you're aware that you need to pay the extra cost for late check in . And also we need your flight number in case of delay. So God help you if your flight is delayed past midnight. You could turn up in Rome and not have a hotel even though you booked this one!! Bad news for a family. The taxi is €55 and obviously has to be via Innvatican. Then there's the fine for being late!! Obviously they only want cash for that. All in all , the rooms are clean enough but also very drab. Of course, no-one goes to Rome to sit in a windowless box and this place is fine for those who just want to throw in their bags and get out exploring. This place location is excellent for that next to cipro underground but for anyone who wants real hotel experience should look elsewhere. This guesthouse needs staff here 24/7 and needs to be honest about its reception times. If anything went wrong on your trip you'd be utterly alone.

We stayed here for 3 days in April 2022. The room and bathroom were very nice, had access to outdoor terrace. The room was cleaned daily. Personel was friendly and gave us local recomendations. There was fridge, safe. The temperature was bit cold at night, but this might be benefit in summer. You can kind of hear other rooms, but it was not problem for us. We would come again, we recommend ! 😊🙏
